The FIVE x 5 support team offers our QuickBooks Assisted Integration package to those that are looking for additional assistance while integrating their FIVE x 5 system with Intuit’s QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Please note that this package is not required to take advantage of our QBO integration.

What You Get

  • A 90-minute session conducted remotely via UberConference with an experienced support team member
  • We will go over your system with you to make sure everything is ready for the integration
  • We will walk you through the actual integration process from start to finish
  • After the integration is complete, we will spend the remaining time going over best practices in the system and answer any questions you may have
  • The call will be recorded and sent to you to keep as your own internal resource
  • The FIVE x 5 and QBO integration is not customizable. We highly recommend reading through our integration manual to decide whether the integration is right for you
  • We recommend that the attendees are limited to your Fx5 system admins and QuickBooks admins - the more cooks in the kitchen, the less we can get done in 90 minutes!

An in-depth audit of transactions created by the Dx5 + QBO integration. Our team will dig in to ensure accuracy of setup and data and to identify and/or address any issues or concerns.

Fx5 Support offers specialized system auditing on request, including (but not limited to) error diagnosis and corrections for TTB reports beyond the current month, system data auditing, miscellaneous corrections, and general process audits.

What You Get

Upon request, FIVE x 5 support can help customers audit their FIVE x 5 system(s) at a rate of $100 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments. These services may include, but are not limited to, TTB Federal report error diagnosis and corrections beyond the current month, system data auditing, and miscellaneous corrections.
